Pacing rule of thumb: printing + smoothing + painting usually wants three weekends per big piece — start the helmet first.
Planner tips, from the app
Seven rungs, four tiles. The app runs each element through Patterned → Cut → Assembled → Primed → Painted → Rigged → Done; this board's four stages are the con-floor simplification — park the fine rung in the note ("priming the helmet tonight") so the tile stays honest.
Notes carry the calculator's inputs. The app saves every calculator output as a materials row with the exact inputs kept, so a number is re-runnable, not just trusted. Write the same way here — "5 mm ×2 — from the tapered bracer calc (26 cm forearm)" is a note you can re-run in six months.
Add a tech-check piece before the doors. The app's props trigger fires LED strips, smart plugs and Home Assistant scenes over the venue's Wi-Fi, per gesture. Rehearse it on the network you'll perform on, not just the bench — that's why it wants its own board tile.
